It smells like spicy, fruity Christmas madness at our place.  This rooibos based addition to our Christmas teas is designed for that moment post chaos, when you finally sit back, relax and bask in the glory of the day.  Rooibos has no caffeine to get in the way of full relaxation.  You can treat this like a lovely, sweet herbal, add milk and honey or treat it like chai and simmer away.  Perhaps  it needs a slug of brandy or kirsch. Just do whatever makes you happy.

Ingredients: Organically grown  Rooibos, cinnamon, ginger, orange peel, star anise, cloves, hibiscus, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, berry leaves, cornflower, blue rosehip, cut apple, sultana.
