We’re big believers in peaberries at McIver’s and this one is probably our favourite so far.
We first made this coffee in the filter and wow - it’s not your average peaberry. It’s really silky and has a much lower acidity than we were expecting. It’s a buttery liqueur with a brandy chocolate flavour and a blackcurrant finish. Really nice stuff!
Brewed espresso it’s more of a zesty, citrusy cup.
We would recommend trying it in the filter - it’s probably the perfect bean for people who brew in the filter and add a dash of milk. Have fun!
