Shipping is FREE for all online orders over $75.

Free postage does not apply to phone orders.

Payment options:

We now accept direct deposit, credit card payment or Paypal. For credit card payments our gateway is Paypal. Paypal is one of the most widely used and trusted secure service providers in the world, catering for everything from small business to Ebay. All transactions with Paypal are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. If you already have a Paypal account that is probably the easiest way to pay. Paypal can be inconvenient the first time but over the long term, as you use it on more sites without having to enter your credit card or bank details you will be glad you did.  (unpaid advertisement over)



Delivery:

All orders are shipped via Australia Post using Parcel Post Plus Satchels.  

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery and possibly more in remote areas.

We pack carefully using an internal bag inside the post satchel. This is to contain the tea or coffee in case of spillage. It has only happened a few times but sometimes Australia Post seems a little “enthusiastic” in their handling. We take all care but accept no responsibility for damage during transit.



Phone orders:

Our new shop is open Monday to Friday 8-4pm and Saturday 9-3pm. The phone number is 03 9078 8592.



How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Phone orders will usually go out the same day. Internet orders received before noon will usually be processed the same day. However we are human. Sometimes we may need to wait a day or two for tea to be packed or blended. If this is the case we will email you with an update.



Cancellations:

Once an order has left our premises we cannot accept a cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately and if possible we will arrange it.

 

Tea & Coffee Returns:

We really try to keep our customers happy. If you are dissatisfied please contact us as soon as you receive the product. It will need to be returned in the original packing for evaluation.
