If driving is your thing this is the mug for you.  Fits in any cup holder and when you push the lid down and you can drink from any direction without taking your eyes off the road.  They say it keeps your beverage hot for 5 hours but we wouldn't know -  it has never taken us 5 hours to drink a coffee.  We use it for water too - eyes on the road.  350mls is plenty.
