I just adore this tea. My mother got me onto it. She always mixes it with a bit of regular loose leaf tea (Bushells - sorry for the purists), as the lasang by itself can be weak. Note that we drink it like the Queen - strong with milk. This tea is Chinese in origin, but absolutely came into its own in the Anglo world through the 19th British insanity for Chinoiserie which resulted in stuff that barely registers in China itself into the stratosphere in the Anglosphere.
Love, love this tea. Very Smokey! Tried others and I was always disappointed. If you like a black Smokey tea I highly recommend
