Best coffee I've ever tried.
My Granddaughter has just brought me back ( from Australia to England) a bag of “Australian Gold “ coffee beans. I put them on a fine grind, 20 grams for a 30 gram yield over 30 seconds through my home machine, steamed the full fat organic milk to 57deg and poured my cappuccino. Dusted with cocoa . ……….ummmmmmmm giving a gentle bite of rich’ tease me just a little more’ full , savour the moment, coffee flavour and a texture as smooth as a snakes inner thigh.
