Huehuetenango brings the structure and complexity, Colombia keeps things smooth, round and easy-going, while 20% Guji Washed Grade 1 adds a lift of delicate fruit, floral notes and a cheeky hint of spice!
A blend of Colombian, Guatemalan, and Ethiopian beans.

I really hope they give this blend a name and keep it. If they do this will become my blend of choice. Ive been drinking many of the McIvers blends for a while and this one is my absolute favourite. Will be sad when they run out of it, cause it truly is the best one so far for my plunger/french press. Well done McIvers brilliant flavour.
