If you're not familiar with the concept peaberries, they're a naturally occuring mutation where only one bean grows inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two, resulting in a more intense and concentrated singular bean. Our Xinoo Peaberry is bold, yet refined, with notes of cocoa, black cherry and spice, subtle sweetness and delicate acidity. This one's an all rounder, enjoy it black, white, hot or cold.
