Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - considered the champagne of coffees! This bean has been through the washed processed method giving it that clean, fruity profile with fresh acidity. A tea-like body, floral, and citrussy. We think this one is best for pourover or plunger but it can work as an espresso too. 

Limited: This coffee is part of our limited selection, which means they're here for a good time, not a long time! These beans tend to stick around for a few months before they disappear to make room for the next exciting find.
