Oolong - Da Hong Pao

Oolong tea is somewhere in the middle of black and green tea, it's semi oxidised and roasted. This is one of the most famous "rock" teas of the Mount Wuyi Wu-Long teas. It has a lasting floral fragrance and a smooth, refreshing after taste. It is is perfectly toasty and slightly sweet. You can steep it multiple times and enjoy how the flavour changes and develops as the twisted leaves unfurl even more.
